my name is Angus Ewing (hire me) and I am a South African based logo and identity designer. angusewing.com represents my personal logo and identity portfolio. The blog illustrates my thoughts and views on graphic design and worldwide applications thereof.
My 'design' genes have been well exercised and applied in the following media:
Kiln-formed Glass & Blown Glass
I have managed various businesses over the years and my responsibilities have ranged from managing 30+ artisans to collaborating with smaller groups – both clients and creative colleagues. In the true spirit of entrepreneurship, I always managed my own logo and brand identity design and communication, e.g. African Moon, African Moon Gallery, Kofi, Mwedzi Glass, New Moon Africa, SoZA Gallery.
The launch of Crunchy Apple Design, into which I was invited as a partner, made my penchant for graphic and brand identity design more official. A few years later, the establishment of the FUZE partnership reiterated my passion for design. My creative activities have ranged from: Logo Design, Brand Design, Website Design and Development, Online Marketing (Emailers) and Social Media.
I have also worked (tirelessly) in the following print media churning out: Business Cards, Letterheads, Brochures, Packaging, Roller Banners, Exhibition Stand Design, Posters, TV Stage Backdrops, Advertisements, Billboards, and Motor Vehicle Graphics.
