Sue Meyer creates sculptural glass elements using cast glass and pate de verre techniques.
Discovered cast glass in Paris and Amsterdam whilst in residence at the Cite Internationale des Arts, 1992. A weekend workshop with Colin Reid in 1992 started the journey of discovery into glass casting. Sue also attended a masterclass with Vaclav Cigler at Northlands Creative Glass in 2004.

About
After her education at the Royal Ballet School in Surrey, England, Sue danced with the Royal Ballet Company for three years. Sue also worked with porcelain ceramics winning awards, including theSilver medal Vallauris, France (1984) and the South African National Award, Joint First Prize.Discovered cast glass in Paris and Amsterdam whilst in residence at the Cite Internationale des Arts, 1992.
