About

A number of my quilts have won prestigious awards at art exhibitions and national quilt shows and I was invited to hold my own exhibition in the Isle of Man from December 2007 to March 2008.

Although I have no formal art training I have studied patchwork and quilting extensively, attending a number of workshops with international teachers.  I myself have been teaching for over 10 years in various African countries and overseas.

Quilts are my passion and my life - sounds dramatic but it's true!"

American Judge’s Choice Award

During the years 1987 – 1997 there were no National Quilt Shows in Zimbabwe but an Annual Quilt Show was held and judged in the cities of Harare and Bulawayo every year.  At these various city Quilt Shows I won 34 awards for my quilts.
